Better Workplace Support
Workplace Wellbeing & Skills Training
Give your employees access to practical, confidential mental health and wellbeing support when they need it.
A simple, flexible option for Queenstown businesses — without the ongoing cost or complexity of a traditional EAP contract.
Support When Someone Needs It.
Sometimes an employee is going through a difficult period and a business wants to help.
The issue might be happening at work, outside work, or somewhere in between. Confidential one-to-one sessions give employees a place to work through what is happening, develop practical skills and find useful ways forward.
We can help with:
Stress & Pressure
Support when work or life demands are becoming difficult to manage.
Worry & Anxiety
Develop more effective ways of responding to worry, uncertainty and anxious thoughts.
Feeling Stuck
Work through difficulties with motivation, direction or taking action.
Confidence
Build more useful ways of responding to self-doubt, setbacks and challenging situations.
Relationships & Communication
Work through conflict, boundaries, communication difficulties or relationship concerns.
Change & Life Challenges
Navigate transitions, setbacks and personal situations that may also be affecting work.
HOW IT WORKS
Simple for the Business. Private for the Employee.
The organisation provides access and covers the agreed cost. The employee books directly with Think Blue Tree and their sessions remain confidential.
You Approve Support
Your organisation decides who can access funded sessions and how many sessions it is willing to cover.
The Employee Books Directly
The employee arranges their appointment directly with Think Blue Tree, either in person or online.
Sessions Stay Confidential
What an employee discusses in their sessions remains private, within the normal limits of confidentiality.
You Pay for What Is Used
Your organisation is invoiced for the sessions that actually take place.
Employees do not need to tell their employer what they discussed or provide a report about their sessions.
A SIMPLE EAP ALTERNATIVE
Support Without a Large EAP Programme
Traditional Employee Assistance Programmes can provide extensive nationwide services, 24-hour support lines and large practitioner networks.
Not every workplace needs that level of infrastructure.
Better Workplace Support is intentionally simpler.
It gives organisations a straightforward way to fund confidential one-to-one support with a local practitioner when an employee could use some extra help.
There are no large programmes to administer, no minimum utilisation requirements and no need to pay for support nobody uses.
For smaller Queenstown businesses, it can provide a practical alternative to a traditional EAP arrangement.
For organisations that already have an EAP, it can also provide an additional local support option for employees who would prefer to work with someone in Queenstown.
Think Blue Tree is not a full-service EAP provider and does not provide services such as a 24/7 crisis line or nationwide practitioner network.
