Step 2 - Picking the Right Professional

Its important to find the right professional and type of service for your needs. If we aren't a good match, I can recommend or refer a more suitable person or service you can access.

Step 3 - Book Your First Session to Begin

Once we have had the discovery call we can schedule our first session. We aim to get things moving in the very first session and do something that will make a difference in your life.

Services & Session Fees

Offering Mental Health Coaching, mental health counselling and life skills training for adults struggling with mild to moderate mental health issues or who are wanting to work on growth and personal development. You can read more about the Think Blue Tree approach and the methods used here.

 

Services are available New Zealand wide (and beyond) for all online sessions and locally in Queenstown for in person sessions.

 

Although services are provided on a session by session basis, we do recommend committing to a minimum of 4-6 sessions (see our packages below).

Our primary mode of mental health coaching is via 1:1 online video, also known as telehealth. It’s simple to do and no apps or downloads are required, and all devices are compatible!

 

The benefits of telehealth include receiving Mental Health Coaching from the comfort of your own home, reducing stressors like parking, traffic, rising fuel costs, and ensuring improved support when you need it. Think Blue Tree uses Cliniko, a highly secure platform for health professionals, to deliver telehealth services.

 

$150 for 60 minutes

Private, in person 1:1 sessions available in a comfortable office space in Frankton, Queenstown. Days and times vary so please get in contact with me to discuss this option.

 

$180 for 60 minutes
