Offering mental health and wellbeing support with Mental Health Coaching (MHC), life counselling and psychological skills training for adults struggling with mild to moderate mental health issues or who are wanting to work on personal growth. Services are available New Zealand wide (and beyond) for all online sessions and locally in Queenstown (office room located in Frankton) for in person sessions.
Limited sliding scale spots are sometimes available, selection criteria apply. Please contact me to discuss this option if you are having financial difficulties.
Online Mental Health Coaching- NZ Wide
Our primary mode of mental health coaching is via 1:1 online video, also known as telehealth. It’s simple to do and no apps or downloads are required, and all devices are compatible!
The benefits of telehealth include receiving Mental Health Coaching from the comfort of your own home, reducing stressors like parking, traffic, rising fuel costs, and ensuring improved support when you need it. Think Blue Tree uses Cliniko, a highly secure platform for health professionals, to deliver telehealth services.

Private, in person 1:1 sessions available in a comfortable office space in Frankton, Queenstown.

Workplace Wellness
I offer on demand workplace wellness workshops and presentations. This might involve working with employees or management to help build the skills sets needed to thrive in the workplace and handle challenges. We used the same evidence based methods from 1:1 coaching in our scaled up and customized group sessions.
