Mental Health Coaching is about helping you get back in the driver’s seat of your life.
When life feels overwhelming, it is easy to get caught in stress, self-doubt, avoidance, relationship struggles, or old patterns that keep repeating. Coaching gives you a practical, supportive space to work with what is happening and build skills you can use in real life.
We do not just talk about making life better. We practise new ways to respond to difficult thoughts and emotions, reconnect with what matters, and take meaningful steps forward.
My approach draws on evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural approaches, Motivational Interviewing, lifestyle medicine, coaching, counselling, and practical philosophy. Everything is tailored to help you get unstuck, grow, and build a life that feels more steady, meaningful, and workable.
This is therapeutic coaching: supportive, evidence-based, practical, and focused on helping you create change in the places where life actually happens.

Online Mental Health Coaching- NZ Wide
For those around New Zealand or globally, 1:1 online virtual sessions, also known as telehealth, is used. It’s simple to do, no apps or downloads are required, and all devices are compatible!
With increased travel costs, traffic and busy schedules, online sessions offer convenience and practicality to suit your needs.
$150 for 55 minutes
In Person Mental Health Coaching in Queenstown
Private, in person one-on-one sessions available in a relaxing and comfortable professional space at Glenda Drive in Frankton, Queenstown. Sessions by appointment only.

Couples Coaching in Queenstown
Private, in person couples coaching sessions are available in a relaxing and comfortable professional space at Glenda Drive in Frankton, Queenstown. Sessions by appointment only.
Couples coaching is present- and future-focused and does not go into the past or childhood. It is practical and action oriented. It aims to help partners make meaningful changes and improve relationships by:
- Developing communication and problem-solving skills.
- Clarifying individual and shared values.
- Practicing strategies to build connection and resilience.
- Changing unhelpful and unworkable patterns of behaviour and relating.
- Learning and improving psychological flexibility.
$250 for 60 minutes
