Winter Wellness- Mental Fitness 29-5-24 @ 7:30PM

This introductory workshop was to explore mental fitness.


With 8 participants attending, practical skills were worked on to develop psychological flexibility in order to help with struggles and problems, and also for maintaining good mental health.

Mental Fitness for Wellbeing 3-3-24 @ 10AM

Live in Queenstown at the Sherwood Hotel for their well being day, 16 participants discovered what mental fitness is and some practical exercises to begin flexing it straight away! Some great insights were had by many!

Connecting to Yourself, in Relationships & With What Matters

With 17 attendants, this talk was a deep dive into topics such as the meaning crisis and self deception, using insights from philosophy to leave the mind thinking and reflecting. Many participants found useful insights occurring days and even weeks later as key parts became clear.

the I’m Patrick, a mental health coach, workplace trainer, and founder of Think Blue Tree.

 

Through one-to-one work and group practical workshops, I help people better understand the patterns that keep them stuck and build skills for responding differently.
