Workshop Description

A practical, one-hour workshop to help you break automatic phone habits.

If you find yourself picking up your phone without thinking, losing time to scrolling, or checking it more often than you'd like, this workshop is for you.   Over one practical, hands-on hour, you'll learn simple skills to help you pause before reaching for your phone, interrupt automatic habits, and become more intentional about where your attention goes.   This isn't a lecture or a digital detox. It's an interactive workshop where you'll actively practise skills you can start using immediately. The workshop is based on the same practical approaches I use with one-to-one clients. No sharing is required.

Who It’s For

This workshop is for people who:
  • lose time to scrolling, especially in the evening
  • pick up their phone without realising they're doing it
  • check social media, news, or messages more often than they'd like
  • use their phone when they're stressed, bored, tired, or avoiding something
  • have tried app limits or screen-time tips but keep slipping back
  • want practical skills rather than another lecture about why phones are bad
You don't need to have a "serious" phone problem to attend. If you've ever thought, "I use my phone more than I'd like," you'll find something useful here.
