    Introduction

    The terms and conditions here apply to all mental health coaching services provided by Patrick Timm of Think Blue Tree to any individual or organisation (hereafter referred to as “the client”). It outlines the terms and conditions under which these services are offered. Coaching services encompass mental health issues, life coaching, personal development, growth, and where applicable, mentoring or supervision.



    Agreement to Terms & Conditions

    By purchasing services from Patrick Timm, you agree to these terms and conditions, consenting to engage in coaching services designed to aid you in achieving well-being. Patrick strives to maintain excellent service standards, and you will be asked for feedback at the end of each session, and upon completion of all services, and to also provide a Google review if you feel comfortable.



    Coaching Disclaimer & Consent

    You acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute for medical healthcare and that Patrick does not diagnose or prescribe medication for mental health conditions. You should inform your primary care provider of the mental health coaching service you are receiving if you suspect you have a mental health condition or are currently diagnosed with a mental health condition. You are fully responsible for your well-being, decisions, and choices during and after sessions. Coaching aims to support your goals, but outcomes are not guaranteed.




    Your Rights and Responsibilities

    Clients are entitled to a respectful, unbiased coaching experience and have the right to discontinue services at any time. Patrick Timm is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their goals but emphasises that outcomes are influenced by client commitment and actions.




    Terms & Conditions

    • Scheduling: Sessions can be booked up to 2 months in advance, with frequency recommendations based on an initial assessment discussed with Patrick. Sessions are arranged on a session-by-session basis unless specified otherwise.
    • Session Format: Sessions may be held via Cliniko telehealth, Google Meet, Zoom, or in-person. Clients are responsible for ensuring a suitable internet connection and managing technical aspects from their end. The format may be adapted by mutual agreement.
    • Payment: Services are payable in advance through a Stripe link or bank transfer to secure the appointment, with invoices sent via email. Unpaid sessions will not commence. Cash payments require prior arrangement. Session fees are listed on ThinkBlueTree.com and are subject to change with 14 days written notice with any existing appointments not subject to the change.
    • Session Rescheduling and Cancellation: At least 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling sessions. Fees for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
    • Session Packs: Session packs must be used within 6 months, are strictly non-refundable, and cannot be transferred to another person.
    • Early Termination: Patrick may terminate services due to exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unavailability due to bereavement or other commitments, inappropriate behaviour by the client, actual or potential conflict of interest, or other reasons, Patrick can decide to terminate the service to the client early, or refuse, or be unable to provide further coaching sessions to the client. In this case refunds are provided for prepaid but unprovided sessions.
    • Contact Outside of Sessions: Patrick is available for contact only for administrative purposes, with additional charges for coaching calls agreed upon in advance.
    • Data Security & Confidentiality: All client information is kept strictly confidential, except as required by law or to prevent harm to the client or others. The use of technology may introduce privacy risks, which are acknowledged by the client.
    • Variation of Terms & Conditions: Changes to the terms, including fees, require 14 days’ notice. Clients can withdraw from services with a full refund for prepaid sessions not yet provided upon disagreement with changes.
