I highly recommend Patrick, sometimes it is a really difficult thing to open up, and to acknowledge that you are in trouble, and having on the other side a person who can listen and transmit such calm, peace and right words in the right moment, makes it all a little bit easier. Patrick puts all his heart and passion on what he does, and you can notice that he does really care, so that for me is a plus in all the aspects. He will give you skills that will help with whatever is going on now, but also skills to be used for any other situation, for life.

Ive seen a couple of people in the past regarding some issues Ive had but nothing seemed to help. So far, my sessions with Patrick have been amazing, I already feel like Im on track much more than before. Hes got a different way of going about things, he understands what I tell him on such a deep level and has no judgement. We have some fascinating chats sometimes and I learn so much more about myself. Its turned from dealing with the issues I had into now him coaching me to become myself and who I want to be.
