This 5-session Anger Management Coaching Program is a practical, skill-based approach to handling anger using evidence-based strategies and tools. Instead of trying to suppress anger or letting it take over, you’ll learn how to unhook from anger-driven reactions and responses, regulate emotions, and respond in ways that align with who you want to be.

Recognize and break automatic anger patterns
Unhook from anger-fueled thoughts and impulses

I’m a certified Mental Health Coach based in Queenstown, and I help people who are tired of letting anger take the wheel. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, reactive, or stuck in patterns that damage your relationships or leave you drained, you’re not alone. And you’re in the right place.
Anger isn’t the enemy. It’s our response to it that matters. In our work together, we’ll help you understand anger and build practical, evidence-based skills to respond differently- with awareness, strength, and direction. This isn’t about suppressing anger or pretending everything’s fine. It’s about creating space to handle life with more calm, clarity, and control.
My approach is collaborative, focused on the present and future, and grounded in what works. We’ll be a team, working together to move through the stuckness and barriers and toward the kind of person you want to be- deep down.
