This 5-session Anger Management Coaching Program is a practical, skill-based approach to handling anger using evidence-based strategies and tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Instead of trying to suppress anger or letting it take over, you’ll learn how to unhook from anger-driven reactions and responses, regulate emotions, and respond in ways that align with who you want to be.

Important: This is NOT a Court-Ordered Program
This coaching program is not for court-mandated anger management. If you need a legally required program, you’ll need to find an approved provider. However, if a lawyer or police officer has recommended anger management to show proactive engagement, this program may be a good fit.
